Since qualifying in, Spatial Design, Building Studies, Interior Architecture & 3D Design, founding Director Richie Little BA (Hons) has been working in the Architectural field for more than 20 Years. Initially gained hands-on experience with a small Architectural firm and worked in a Senior position working on all aspects of residential & commercial projects from survey through to construction. After a number of years, Richie then moved to a larger Award Winning Practice working on National and International projects. He specialized as a 3D Design and Visualisation artist, managing the visual workflow for numerous large-scale projects across the globe.

Following the financial crash in 2008, Richie set up his own company originally known as 'Vistudio' which heavily focused on 3D CGI across architecture, interiors, exhibition, retail, and marketing design.  A rebrand in 2021 as Platform 3 Design reflected the shift back to a more Architectural design-based direction. The creation of Platform 3 Design presented the opportunity to blend the several aspects of specialism he has developed within his skill set over more than two decades.

The name Platform 3 underpins the three primary functions of our business; Survey-Design-Visualisation. Furthermore being located in a unique studio on the site of a former train station in the Sussex countryside which originally had 2 platforms, we have now created a third!
